Business and professional decisions

The client supplies approved content and authorised access and confirms business rules. Legal, tax, accounting, privacy and other specialist requirements are decided by the organisation and its qualified advisers.

A useful handover

Agree source-code and account ownership, hosting, documentation, support hours and recovery responsibilities. Set out price, schedule, acceptance and known limitations in writing.

Testing can confirm agreed software behaviour at a point in time. It cannot guarantee sales, rankings, provider approvals or uninterrupted outside services.
