Scope and ownership · Ghana
Make the agreement useful to the people doing the work.
A clear scope helps both sides understand what will change, what needs review and how the result will be accepted.
What the proposal covers
List the pages, software tasks, integrations, environments, tests, release steps and documentation included. Identify work that depends on a vendor account, an outside reviewer or information your team will provide.
Who approves decisions
Name the people who can approve content, business rules, data handling, access and launch. Your organisation and qualified advisers confirm professional requirements; Faith Forge Labs implements the agreed technical work.
What remains after launch
Record ownership of source code, accounts and records, along with operating instructions, support hours, ongoing costs and known limitations. Decide who handles an incident or a failed outside service.
Services are delivered remotely from the United States. See project responsibilities or discuss the scope.
