Review and test
Use short written updates and demonstrations at agreed times. Check permissions, missing information, duplicate requests and interrupted connections as well as the successful path. Use representative devices supplied or agreed by your team.
Launch and hand over
Verify the live task after deployment. Document account ownership, operating instructions, known limitations, recovery steps and the support arrangement included in the scope.
