From the first question through launch
I stay involved in understanding the problem, agreeing the scope, building the solution, testing it and handing it over. You can discuss the work with the person examining the software.
Projects can include a useful customer portal, a connection between existing tools, an internal approval process or a careful repair to an application your team still needs.
A practical first conversation
Bring one example of the work that takes too long or goes wrong. We can work out whether the next step is a short investigation, a focused repair or a small first release.
Meeting hours, support and any local specialist or language review are agreed for the project. This site represents remote US-based delivery.
