Launch and team handover
Make sure the team can use what has been built.
A launch is incomplete when the developer can demonstrate the tool but staff cannot manage an ordinary change. We include the operating tasks in release preparation.
The paid engagement
A paid engagement can cover deployment checks, editor training, access review, backup restoration practice and concise operating notes. We use your actual job roles and a safe demonstration dataset.
Acceptance and boundaries
The handover ends with a representative person completing the agreed tasks. Ongoing maintenance and response times need their own agreement. We do not assume that a training session establishes long-term adoption or removes the need for an internal owner.
